As a result of Microsoft no longer supporting the platforms that our servers were developed for, and the datacentre recently upgrading to a later version of Microsoft Hyper-V on their servers, it is with regret that we are unable to continue to provide tracking services with immediate effect.
In spite of our efforts, it has not been possible to update the software that provides communication with the vehicle to operate with the new servers. It is frustrating that, in spite of using Microsoft development tools, we have been put in this position.
We apologise for the inconvenience that the imposed obsolescence of the underlying computer system has caused and would like to thank customers for their support.
SMS messaging functionality will continue to operate as before, and position information can be obtained via the Maps functionality on your phone by entering the longitude and latitude returned by the POS command.
